Functions and Weddings.

Set behind an avenue of opening French concertina doors The Barn comfortably seats up to 40 guests in a cosy atmosphere featuring a stone fireplace set into the sunken conservatory.


The Barn is a wonderful venue for small boutique weddings, conferences or dinner parties. The main dining table seats up to 14 guests and displays feature candelabras. The Barn outlooks to the surrounding winter snow-capped mountains or in Autumn, the rich golden tree tones.

Barn Dinning/Function Room

Functions in the Barn may be fully catered with a 3 course set menu.
Rates start @ $65 per head for a minimum 14 guests.


The BarnHouse may also be hired for private un-catered functions @ $10 per head with a min 14 and maximum 40 guests.


Both function facilities incur the same user conditions:
• All breakages must be paid for.
• A bond for some functions may be necessary.
• All noise must cease by 12 midnight, followed by all guests off the property by 12.30am.

Sample Dinner Menu

Please note that this is a sample only - dishes may change according to availability of the freshest seasonal products including meat, fish and vegetables. Platters increase in variety for larger groups. The following selection would cater for 14 people.

Starter Platters

Warm homemade Pizzetta with roast garlic & extra-virgin olive oil & sea salt.

Bruschetta topped with roast pumpkin, creamy feta & rosemary, or Roma tomato ,fresh basil & olive oil.

Vitello Tonato- finely sliced veal layers with homemade tuna & baby caper mayo.

Stuffed field Mushrooms caps with vegetables, breadcrumbs & mozzarella.

Arancini- rice balls stuffed with ricotta, leeks & broccoli.

Spicy eggplant “sandwiches”.

Main Platters

Whole boned chicken “Polpetone”.

Baked ham & turkey.

Fresh fish fillet dipped in farm egg & parmesan- grilled (or smoked trout)

Roast Porterhouse.

Roi’s famous potato, egg & bacon salad.

Rocket & parmesan salad.

Mixed Italian green salad.

Desserts

Orange & almond flourless sponge.

Chocolate espresso mud cake.
