Seating up to 90 guests in a perfect spring/summer/autumn resort environment. This is a fabulous environment for a wedding reception, group function, conference or party. This ‘Big Top ECO Venue’ features a canopy of suspended Balinese styled lights, rammed earth floor, louvered glass windows overlooking the resort pool on one side and the panoramic alpine mountains to the other.

Catered Function Options……..
A variety of options for catered events are available for your special day:


Dreamers Delight.. Arrival platters served around pool +3 course meal.
The meal is as a delightful gourmet smorgasbord menu served on a fabulously decorated timber servery (seated with max 90 guests).  $89 per head. 

 

The Garden Party.. A fancy morning or afternoon tea served either in the pavilion, on the lawns or by the pool. Perfect for a large inexpensive wedding reception or engagement party (unseated for 50-100+ guests).  $52 per head. 

 

Cocktail Style.. Ideal for an informal cocktail party featuring 6-7 small courses, served to mingling guests continuously over a 2-3 hour period in a relaxed unseated environment. Your own wedding cake can be cut and served in portions with berries/cream etc for dessert if required. Menu and price include: 1 seafood dish, pasta dish, 1-2 vegetarian courses, 1-2 meat dishes and 1 or 2 sweeter courses. Extra courses may be added with P.O.A.  E.g.. Oysters.  This format is ideal for a large inexpensive  wedding reception or engagement party (unseated for 50-100+ guests).  $59 per head. 

 

This is a Dreamers specialty and has found to be a great success.  Rates are for a minimum number of 50 guests. Table an chairs are still provided for all unseated weddings options but not set. Candles are also provided but own flower centres are required.  Table settings are all prepared with seated function choice. i.e.. Candelabras, candles, napkins etc.


Bonus………
With a booking for a fully catered function for a minimum 60 people and a 1 night booking in Snowgums chalet for the same weekend, Dreamers will include a bonus consecutive night stay in Snowgums for the bride and groom (or 2 family members) and include a Dreamers gift bag and full breakfast…valued at $400. Alternatively a free 2 night stay in Emu Ridge chalet for accommodation only, may be taken instead.

Functions Under Canvas may also be hired for a private self cater function with the following price structure:
$2000………. min 50 guests
$2500………. 50 - 70 guests
$3000………. 70 - 100 guests


Rental conditions for Self-Cater of Functions Under Canvas:
A bond of $……….. is required prior to rental of property to cover breakages and possible cleaning bills.
Rental of property will be for a 24hr period and will cover the use of Pavilion building, seating and tables, container kitchen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, table cloths, lighting and gas heating. Table centres and napkins are not supplied.
Dreamers pavilion will be leased in a clean tidy state. Please ensure that it is handed back in the same manner with all dishes washed, dried and returned to cupboards. Floors swept and rubbish removed.
All noise must cease by 12 midnight and guests must vacate the property by 12:30am.
Final clean up may be done next morning by 11am.

Extras:
Music……….CD stereo is available in both function areas. You are welcome to hire your own band or DJ for the evening.

Photos………Please feel free to use Dreamers property for your wedding/function photos.

Beverages………..Dreamers is now licensed to supply all beverages. Please let us know of your beverage requirements for a quotation. There are 3 excellent local wineries, which you are welcome to do wine tasting from, where we can order for you. Two dedicated bar staff are required at all weddings to serve your drinks, which we are able to arrange for you. Bar staff rate for the evening is $400 (approx 6-7 hours). A cool room is required for larger summer weddings P.O.A. We do have fridge space for smaller weddings of up to #50 or low alcohol weddings. If you would like to do a BYO wedding a surcharge of $6 per head is charged. If alcohol is not required, the price for #50-100 guests for non-alcoholic beverages is $10 per head. This includes juices, apple cider, soft drink and tropical punch. Cool room storage is not required for dry weddings but bar staff are still required. A small selection of wines and beer can be kept on hand and sold per glass if required.

Accommodation……….To enhance your memorable function, your family and friends may wish to stay in one of Dreamers luxury spa chalets or brand new Eco apartments, which are set amid the same tranquil grounds for a great weekend stay (minimum 2 night stay is required over all weekends) Off season rates may apply. The apartments are very large and sleep #7 and are ideal for family members to share. For larger groups, additional accommodation is located next door at Mt. Beauty Holiday Centre.
