Apartments are adjoining making it ideal for groups to be together if required.  The apartments are 2 storey with master bedroom, balcony, ensuite and spa located upstairs overlooking the pool, lagoon and surrounding winter snow capped mountains.

 

Each of the 3 bedrooms feature external french doors opening onto a private courtyard and contain 1 king or 2 single beds with an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms to comfortably sleeping 7 people in each apartment.  A second toilet with vanity and second bathroom with shower, bath (some with spa) and large terracotta and glass hand basin service the 2 lower bedrooms.

 

   

The living area features a large fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, ground concrete dining table and separate curved lounge room with flat screen TV DVD and log fire.
 

 

Outdoor BBQ and entertaining area once again overlooks the pool, lagoon and winter snow capped mountains. Some of the apartments also have an external spa/hot tub. A lock up garage and laundry is also provided making it very accommodating for ski holidays.  Services such as internet and phone are provided to each apartment.

 

  

The thermal mass of the rammed earth walls and solar hydronic heating keep the apartments snug and warm thru the cold snowy winters and ducted underground piped air keeps them cool in summer.

Rates:

 

• $490 per night for up to 7 people (accommodation only)

• Winter weekend rate (i.e. July and August) $590 per night.   

• $1900 - 5 Night midweek,  $2500  7 Nights

Rate schedule conditions: Minimum 2 night stay on all weekends. Minimum 5 night stay over some holiday periods. Peak holiday periods such as Easter, long weekends and Christmas are surcharged (these rates available on application).  Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival for Easter and Christmas/New Year stays.

• 25% deposit is required on weekly booking with payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

• 50% deposit is required on shorter stays with the balance due on arrival.

• On cancellation we do not refund, however your stay may be transferred to a later date if at least 8 weeks notice is given.
