A stunning king bed and timber and glass soak bath adjoin the spacious Barn lounge and sunken conservatory.
Suitable for 1-2 couples or a family of 2 adults and 2-3 children, the Barn has only 1 bedroom with king bed and the 2nd bedroom area is in a partitioned section of the large lounge with a king bed which can be split to 2 single beds. There is also a couch that converts to a double bed if required. The Barn features a large timber dining table and servery bar. Enjoy the warmth and character of the natural stone open fire place and the mountain outlook from the sunken glass conservatory. The Barn house provides a fully equipped self-cater galley kitchen and facilities for indoor or outdoor dining.
Rates:
• Families (2 adults and up to 3 children) $290 per night…$1900 per week.
• 2 Couples $300 per night… $1950 per week..
• 1 Couple $260 per night… $1500 per week..
Rate schedule conditions: Minimum 2 night stay on all weekends. Minimum 5 night stay over some holiday periods. Peak holiday periods such as Easter, long weekends and Christmas are surcharged (these rates available on application). Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival for Easter and Christmas/New Year stays.
• 25% deposit is required on weekly booking with payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• 50% deposit is required on shorter stays with the balance due on arrival.
• On cancellation we do not refund, however your stay may be transferred to a later date if at least 8 weeks notice is given.
